Stroudsburg – Judi A. Moniz, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates, a sister company of NEPA Managememtn Assocs., has earned her Pennsylvania Broker’s license. Moniz completed the required course and passed the examination to receive her accreditation on April 15, 2011.

Moniz has been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson since 1988 and has been with the Wilkins organization for the past 17 years.

NEPA SISTER COMPANY BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS PROMOTES SCROFANO – MOONEY

Stroudsburg – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates announced at the monthly Supervisors’ meeting that two persons in the company were promoted.
