Jim Thorpe – Hickory Run Land and Homeowners Association, Inc. hired Wilkins & Associates PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to provide finance and bookkeeping services for their community located off Route 903 just outside Jim Thorpe.
The Association consists of approximately 700 homes and lots. The community has a lake and clubhouse.
Per the Management Agreement with the Association Wilkins & Associates PROPERTY MANAGEMENT collects the dues, late fees, interest charges and assessments, deposit and reconcile that income and report the income to the Board of Directors and Treasurer on a monthly basis.
