Stroudsburg – NEPA Management Associates, Inc. has been hired by Knob Hill Property Owners Association to manage their community located at the corner of Sarah and 5th Streets in Stroudsburg. The complex consists of 12 town-homes and was developed by the Henning Family in the late 80’s.
