Bushkill -Salvatore Polito, a multi-million dollar Sales Associate also a full-time Realtor on Long Island, has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates, a sister company to WACB Property Management in their Bushkill office.
Polito, licensed since 1980, handles residential and commercial properties in and around Massapequa, NY as well as the Poconos where Polito maintains a second home in The Falls at Saw Creek. In Pennsylvania, Polito has also acted as an investor and property manager.
Polito prides himself on the civic organizations that he has been an active member of since 1993 until present which includes being an Executive Board member of the Knights of Columbus, the Board of Directors of the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board of the Sons of Italy, Executive Board of the Long Island Commercial Brokers and a former Board of Director for LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors).
Polito’s skills and specialties include listing and selling foreclosures, Executive homes, commercial real estate and land sales. Polito has acted in the capacity of recruiter for real estate brokers and is skilled in labor and management negotiations.
