SERPICO PROMOTED TO SENIOR V.P.

Stroudsburg – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO of NEPA  Management , announced on March 26^th that Wilkins’ Supervisors, at their monthly meeting unanimously approved a motion to promote Christina Serpico to the position of Senior Vice President/Sr. Property Manager.  Serpico respectfully accepted the promotion.

NEPA Management Associates, Inc. is a full service Property Management company that handles accounts throughout the 5 county Pocono region and the Lehigh Valley areas.  NEPA is a 31 year-old company and along with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates and Get Connected collectively make up the Wilkins organization.

Serpico began her career with NEPA Management 18 years ago as an Administrative Assistant to the then one Property Manager who handled all of the accounts.  Serpico grew with the company to become an Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, a Senior Property Manager to her position today as a Senior V.P/Sr. Property Manager with 3 Portfolio Managers and an Admin Assistant reporting to her.

The job that Christina does for the company is hard to reduce to a simple press release.  Christina does it all, she assists Thomas Wilkins with marketing, hiring, bidding accounts and Serpico certainly has always been an “ask Christina, she knows” type of employee.” Wilkins added.
